Eligibility Criteria

• B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 4-7 years of experience in heavy engineering fabrication production (excluding structural steel)
• Current position: Senior Engineer/Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager in a heavy engineering fabrication set up
• Strong knowledge of fabrication equipment, blueprint interpretation, materials, welding processes, and documentation
• Proficient in production management software and industry tools

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing production activities to meet organizational goals
• Support scheduling for timely delivery and optimal resource utilization
• Help achieve production targets while maintaining high quality standards
• Implement quality control measures to minimize defects
• Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and identify cost reduction opportunities
• Analyze production data to identify improvement areas and initiate process improvements
• Train, mentor, and manage production staff for high performance
• Promote continuous learning and professional growth
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to streamline processes
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Oversee equipment maintenance schedules
• Recommend and implement technological upgrades
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Assist in negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms
• Prepare production reports for senior management
