Job Overview: Seeking an experienced Quality Head to oversee quality control in the rolling mill. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality procedures, strong leadership, and a proven track record in manufacturing quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
• Oversee quality control from raw materials to finished products.
• Monitor and improve production processes through corrective actions.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance and identify issues.
• Train and guide quality control staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
• Maintain quality control documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc./M.Sc./Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years in quality control, preferably in the steel or metal industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and regulations.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with ISO and other quality certifications.
• Proficiency in quality control tools and software.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality products.
