About the Role


You will lead the company's Finance and Accounting function, overseeing Accounting, Treasury, Internal Audit, and Tax across multiple markets. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic ownership with deep involvement in day-to-day financial operations.

As a member of the executive team, you will partner closely with the CEO and COO and manage a team of finance professionals across countries. You will work cross-functionally with Corporate Development, Finance Operations, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and other senior leaders to drive efficiency, cost optimisation, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the finance organization across regions, supporting rapid growth and market expansion
  • Oversee accounting, audits, tax compliance, month-end close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
  • Drive finance automation and ERP initiatives to improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency
  • Manage group audits and ensure timely completion with minimal adjustments
  • Improve cash flow, working capital, and AR performance

  • Provide strategic financial insights to support growth, profitability, and ROI-focused decisions
  • Partner on M&A, capital planning, fundraising, and post-merger integration
  • Support long-term IPO readiness and corporate development initiatives
  • Oversee treasury, liquidity, and cash management in collaboration with Finance Operations

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in finance and/or accounting, including 3–5 years leading a finance organization through rapid growth
  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting; Masters degree and CPA preferred
  • Experience in Southeast Asia (US experience a plus)

  • Background in payments, fintech, technology, or high-growth startups
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective financial strategies
