Your new role

 

·       Lead the teams of Digital Marketing, Ecommerce and Partnership Development. Drive and manage combination of digital marketing and partnership strategies to promote products, services and solutions for acquiring SME customers via digital channels

·       Enhance brand awareness and activities in the digital space to increase conversion

·       Identify new technologies and development to improve business performance for digital and e-Marketplace

·       Gain traction on SME by creation of good content and media strategies

·       Responsible for and manage the business performance & KPIs

·       Able to well-collaborate with and drive different business functions including IT, Logistics, Group legal, compliance and external partners

 

 

To succeed in this role

 

·       University Degree holder in business discipline with more than 5 years managerial experience in ecommerce and digital marketing, B2B ICT/Banking experience is preferred

·       Excellent leadership skills, highly entrepreneurial, sales-driven, possess a holistic understanding of a successful e-Commerce business, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive results through collaborations

·       Strive for the best business performance and drive growth

·       Never satisfied and unwilling to stop testing mindset

·       Able to effectively communicate brand’s message

·       Able to extract key values and insights from dashboard and reports

·       Adaptability in the ever-changing digital space and ability to think like a customer
