Recruitment Associate

Since the formation of Pinnacle Lead consulting in 2018, we've become the recruitment leaders within the innovation and technology sectors, and in recent years have been responsible for some of the highest-profile hires within the technology sector.

As the demand increases, we're seeking to build out our next generation of talent advisors, and are seeking for a recruitment associate to join Pinnacle Lead to work closely with the Partners of the business.

Your job as a Recruitment Associate will be dynamic, from the fundamentals of talent market-mapping, headhunting, to candidate screening and shortlisting, to providing career consultations and the development of talent strategies for our prospective partners. No two days will be identical, and the environment will provide a platform for one that thrives on meritocracy.
