Job Description

·      Design and deliver complex cross-domain solutions using cutting-edge and rich variety of technologies and using a mixture of agile and other planned methods

·    Work closely with internal teams or offshore team, client executives, customer technical teams and partners to deliver successful solutions

·     Participate in or drive deep system delivery discussions to build confidence and ensure customer success when implementing technology solutions

 ·      As a trusted technology advisor to customers, responsible in solving complex technical challenges, and establishing credibility, building deep relationships with senior technical staffs within customers’ organization


Qualifications

Ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in system solutions delivery, should also have breadth across technology stacks with deep hands on skills, and passionate about working with customers to successfully helping to build applications at scale.

 ·   Technical degree or equivalent experience required

·         5+ years design & implementation experience on complex, large scale distributed applications

·         Systems delivery experience in relation to digital applications, data analytics platforms, API integrations and system modernization

·         Strong capabilities in defining and managing solution scope, implementation approach, effort estimation, resourcing models, project management and reporting to client executives

·         Sound understanding and experience of contemporary paradigms, such as Cloud, DevOps and Agile

·         Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly

Qualifications

·       Effective project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work well with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base

·        Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives and IT Management

·       Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, create technical definition around customer objectives in complex situations, develop solution strategies, motivate & mobilize resources, and deliver results

·       Experience / Knowledge on project management methodologies
