Your Role
Reporting to the Head of marketing, you will play a key role to develop and execute the business strategies with an aim to grow the mobile solutions business and enrich customer experience. Major responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Formulate and execute the strategic business plan to maximize the business opportunities and meet the assigned targets / KPIs
- Drive smart business and solutions decisions through industry/technology trend, performance tracking and analysis of vertical and horizontal enterprise solutions
- Develop and execute go-to-market planning and strategies, identify key target customers for different solutions and derive and develop solutions messaging and positioning
- Understand customer needs and liaise with sales and products teams to solve challenges of enterprises and penetrate solutions into the market
- Design customer experience from consultancy, onboarding, delivery and post-sales stages
- Build and develop the partner relationship management
- Create effective field enablement tools which highlight differentiated customer value to mobilize the sales force
- Work with services and engineering teams to transcend key functionality into value-based messaging for customers
To succeed in this role
- Bachelor degree holder with 10 years’ experience in product or solutions marketing management, product marketing, business development or technology
- 5 years’ prior experience in enabling enterprise sales force on technology products and for developing marketing assets
- Proven track record in launching and growing innovative technology solutions / products, experience in IT or telco business especially in B2B segment is preferred
- A technology guru who can communicate with executives in maximizing market impact and driving technology adoption and business growth
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving and presentation skills, a persuasive storyteller who can effectively communicate and present findings and recommendations to management and C-level through comprehensive analysis
- Able to derive actionable marketing strategies and collaborate across multiple teams with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communications and project management skills with acute attention to details in an extremely fast-paced environment
