Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time Rehab or Neuro Nurse's to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing compassionate care to patients and possess excellent clinical skills. As a Rehab or Neuro Nurse at Pink Dot Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.

Essential Criteria:

• Two years of post-registration experience
• A minimum of one years in the care of the elderly

Preferred Criteria:

• OET or IELTS completed
• In the process of NMBI or has a Decision Letter

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Educate patients and their families on health management and self-care techniques

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Adhere to all healthcare policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve nursing skills
