Marketing Partnership Intern Semarang

About the Role:

This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that support our marketing goals and drive business growth. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute partnership strategies that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue generation.

What You Will Do:

• Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with our brand and marketing objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and brands.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute joint campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership programs and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Do other activities related to marketing things and not limited to partnership activities only.

What You Will Need:

• A final year student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field who does not have any class to attend or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Domicile in Semarang and know Semarang area well.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pinhome Home Service is dedicated to addressing everyday household needsranging from home cleaning, furniture care, to air conditioning maintenance and even massage servicesso that homeowners can enjoy comfort and peace of mind in their own homes.

The Regional Team focuses on ensuring the effective delivery of Pinhomes services within their respective cities or regions. The responsibilities include driving mix of initiatives on demand generation, supporting on managing service providers operations, and promoting Pinhome Services locally, with the goal of helping more people solve common home service related problems.
