The Operations Support Intern role is part of the Pinhome Home Service Team, where you'll be directly involved in the daily operations of the business. This internship offers hands-on experience in understanding how operational processes run—ranging from demand-supply matchmaking and demand growth initiatives, to collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners
What You Will Do
- Balance supply and demand in the region.
- Enhance the supply lifecycle and improve quality standards.
- Monitor income streams (organic and inorganic) to elevate the well-being of Pinhome partners.
- Foster strong engagement and a seamless experience for Pinhome partners, both online and offline.
- Support initiatives to enhance the supply lifecycle and improve service quality standards.

About the team
Pinhome Home Service is dedicated to addressing everyday household needs—ranging from home cleaning, furniture care, and car washing, to air conditioning maintenance and even massage services—so that homeowners can enjoy comfort and peace of mind in their own homes.
The Regional Team focuses on ensuring the effective delivery of Pinhome’s services within their respective cities or regions. The responsibilities include fulfilling customer orders—either through internal teams or qualified partners who meet Pinhome’s service standards—and promoting Pinhome Services locally, with the goal of helping more people solve common household problems, particularly those related to home services.
