Responsibilities:

  • Manages the property visits to ensure the buyer's experience is seamless the visits.

  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and preferences during the visits.

  • Provide detailed information about specific properties, including features, pricing, and availability during the visits.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the project and marketing team to ensure seamless communication and lead handoff.

  • Stay updated on property listings, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed responses.

Qualifications:

  • Education: The minimum education level is a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in any professional industry.

  • Having experience in a sales-related field is a plus (insurance agents, product sales agents, etc.
  • Proficiency in smartphone applications, especially CRM.
  • Having a smartphone and a working vehicle is a must.
  • Skills:
    • High integrity and compliance to adherent rules and regulations.

    • Having strong sales and communication skills, especially in a complex product knowledge environment.

    • Eager to learn the new environment and skillsets.
