About the role

Driving growth and expanding Pinhome brokerage market penetration, especially supply acquisition.Identifying new business opportunities to acquire listings, developing strategic partnerships (co-broke agency), and expanding relationships with existing clients or partners. The goal is to help the company achieve its sales targets and long-term growth objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Supervise and monitor Listing Qualifier Admin staffs - Virtual Sales

  • Canvassing manager (To overlook E2E canvassing to EA Conversion)

  • Acquire and manage Agent Co-broke partners

  • Business Process Improvement

  • Ad-hoc listing problem solution & task force

  • Procurement


What You Will Need

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets.

  • Understand property/ real estate (opsional)

  • Sales & Negotiation: Strong skills in closing deals and managing client relationships.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and presenting.

  • Networking: Ability to build relationships with potential clients and partners.

  • Leadership: Experience in leading teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

  • Tech savvy: Understand how to work with technology tools to improve sales team productivity
