Viewing Coordinator [Bali Area]

Job Description:

1. Responsible for understanding assigned properties and managing on-demand property visit schedules
2. Visit assigned properties upon request:
3. Coordinate with property owners for banner setup,capture quality photos and videos, and assist potential clients in viewing recommended properties.

Job Requirements:

1.  Strong time management and communication skills.Mobility job. Motorcycle ownership and driving license are advantages.
2. Ability to take quality photos and videos; a good camera phone is preferred.
3. Willing to work full-time and be on standby as needed (10 hours/day and 6 days/week)
4. Well-presentable
5. Having knowledge about lease-hold is a plus
6. Fluent in english is a plus
7. Willing to be place in Bali Area
