About the role

Pinhome is seeking a B2B Lead to build and own our B2B services business line end-to-end.

This role carries full P&L ownership and is responsible for building, operating, and scaling Pinhome's B2B services offering across commercial and residential property segments. The ideal candidate brings a strong existing network of potential B2B clients — particularly in facility management, property management, or commercial real estate — and has a proven track record of converting relationships into revenue.

Beyond commercial capability, this role requires someone with hands-on operational or technical exposure to facility services, enabling them to credibly assess client needs, design fit-for-purpose service solutions, and ensure quality delivery at scale.

You will work closely with senior leadership and central teams to establish a robust, execution-ready B2B operating model — ensuring Pinhome delivers enterprise-grade service quality while maintaining operational discipline and profitability. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that combines commercial ownership, account leadership, operational design, and team building.

What You Will Do

Business & P&L Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end P&L of the B2B services business line

  • Define pricing strategy, margin structure, and cost discipline across services

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth while maintaining service quality and delivery reliability


Commercial & Client Development

  • Leverage your professional network and industry relationships to build a qualified pipeline of B2B clients

  • Lead client engagements end-to-end — from prospecting, proposal development, and contracting through onboarding and ongoing account management

  • Build long-term client partnerships grounded in performance, trust, and accountability

  • Identify and map client needs across service categories, translating them into tailored service packages


Service Model & Solution Design

  • Design and formalize B2B service models, engagement structures, and contracting frameworks

  • Define SOPs, SLAs, governance mechanisms, and escalation models suitable for enterprise and institutional clients

  • Apply your facility service or operational background to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, operationally feasible, and scalable


Operations & Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery across multiple service categories

  • Ensure operational excellence across fulfillment reliability, service quality and compliance, and vendor/subcontractor performance

  • Work closely with Operations, Supply, and Quality teams to continuously improve delivery standards and resolve service gaps


Team Building & Leadership

  • Build and lead the core B2B team — including commercial, operations, and support roles — as the business grows

  • Set clear ownership, performance expectations, and execution cadence

  • Act as a hands-on leader during critical client engagements and operational milestones

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Category, Operations, Supply, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure alignment

  • Translate client requirements into internal execution plans and system requirements

  • Represent B2B priorities in senior management discussions


What You Will Need 

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B services, facility management, building management, or operations-led service organizations

  • Established network of potential B2B clients in sectors such as property management, commercial real estate, hospitality, co-working, or corporate facilities

  • Demonstrated ability to acquire and develop client relationships from scratch — not just manage existing accounts

  • Operational or technical background in facility services (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, building operations) that enables credible client advisory and quality oversight

  • Proven experience owning or managing a business line or P&L

  • Strong capability in commercial negotiations, solution selling, and client management

  • Solid understanding of SOP/SLA design, service governance, and delivery operations

  • Comfortable with pricing, margin analysis, and cost control

  • High ownership mindset with the ability to build structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
