Were seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Travel Experience Coordinator to support customers with planning, organizing, and confirming well-structured travel experiences. This fully remote role focuses on accuracy, communication, and end-to-end coordination to ensure a smooth experience for each client.
Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to understand preferences, schedules, and budget guidelines

Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities

Create and share organized itineraries and trip details

Coordinate and confirm reservations for flights, lodging, transportation, and experiences

Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation

Provide support before, during, and after travel, including updates or changes

Stay informed on destination requirements, supplier policies, and industry updates
Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
