Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand preferences, schedules, and budgets

  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities

  • Create and present customized itineraries tailored to individual needs

  • Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and ground transportation

  • Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation

  • Provide professional support before, during, and after each trip

  • Stay informed on destination updates, travel requirements, and industry trends

Qualifications:
