Honeymoon Planner

We are looking for a thoughtful and detail-driven Honeymoon Planner to assist couples in creating meaningful, well-organized experiences. This role requires strong communication, careful coordination, and an understanding of personalized service. You will help manage every detail so clients can focus on enjoying their milestone moments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand preferences, budgets, and timelines

• Research destinations, resorts, and experiences suited to couples

• Coordinate bookings for accommodations, transportation, and activities

• Prepare itineraries and ensure all details are accurate

• Provide ongoing support and timely updates

• Maintain organized records and documentation

• Stay informed on destination offerings and supplier updates

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer-focused approach

• Excellent organization and attention to detail

• Ability to manage sensitive timelines and special requests

• Comfortable working independently

• Experience in planning, hospitality, or service roles is a plus
