Adventure Travel Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Adventure Travel Specialist to assist clients with researching and coordinating unique travel experiences. This role centers on planning support, organization, and communication to ensure each itinerary is arranged efficiently and clearly.

In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activity experiences to help assemble well-structured travel plans. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining organized planning records.

You will also assist clients with itinerary updates and confirmations when needed. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others plan memorable experiences while providing dependable support throughout the planning process.
