Job Details
The CIO Division is seeking a Senior Sitecore Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for building and maintaining web solutions within a Sitecore CMS, .NET and Azure environment. This includes public-facing and internal web applications and supporting a diverse range of business requirements.
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary agile delivery team and collaborate with architects, analysts, designers, and testers to deliver high quality digital services.

Essential Criteria
1. Minimum 5 years experience delivering web solutions using Sitecore, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL Server.
2. Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and deployment to Azure Cloud.
3. Experience working in agile delivery teams, demonstrating flexibility, strong communication, and collaboration.
4. Demonstrated understanding of software development best practices, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), secure coding, and automated testing.
5. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Desirable Criteria
1. Experience with containerised applications (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
2. Experience integrating with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365.
3. Familiarity with Azure platform services such as Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Logic Apps, Application Insights.
4. Experience mentoring junior developers or contributing to technical design discussions.
