Job Details
The CIO Division provides a range of enabling services and operations delivery to the department and to Australian businesses and is seeking experienced and motivated technical writers/analysts to assist with documentation and content for projects and programs across the Division. This will include the development and preparation of business documents, standard operating procedures, user guides, training material and other relevant documentation.

Essential Criteria
1. Demonstrated experience preparing documentation to support business and technical processes such as standard operating procedures, work instructions, user guides and knowledge-based content.
2. Demonstrated experience working with technical specialists and stakeholders to translate complex and technical information into business-friendly language.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Desirable Criteria
1. Experience in writing content for websites or intranets.
2. Experience working within an Agile delivery environment.
3. Experience working in the Australian Public Service.
