We are now expanding our operations to Cairo, Egypt and are looking for a dynamic and experienced GM Retail to lead our team and drive our growth in this new market.

Job Summary:

As the GM Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our retail stores in Cairo, Egypt. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the brand's image and standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of retail staff and ensuring their training and development to meet the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• - Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
• Maintain the brand's image and standards in all retail stores
• Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of retail staff
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns
• Monitor and manage store budgets and expenses
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and other key metrics for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury retail industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
• Familiarity with luxury brands and their market trends
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
