Position: Office Manager to CEO, Large Group

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent

The Office Manager to CEO will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO of a large group based in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • - Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening and directing calls and emails
  • - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • - Coordinate and oversee special projects and events, both internal and external
  • - Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • - Assist in the preparation of budgets and reports
  • - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • - Provide support to other members of the executive team as needed

Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization
  • - Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • - Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • - Fluent in English and Arabic
  • - Knowledge of local business practices and culture is an asset
