A leading construction company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled Gypsum Installer to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

As a Gypsum Installer, you will be responsible for installing and finishing gypsum boards, panels, and tiles in both residential and commercial buildings. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting materials, installing frames and supports, applying joint compound, and sanding and finishing surfaces to create a smooth and seamless finish.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in gypsum installation and possess a strong attention to detail. You should also have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Measure and cut gypsum boards, panels, and tiles according to specifications
• - Install frames and supports for gypsum boards, ensuring proper alignment and stability
• - Apply joint compound and tape to seams and joints, smoothing out any imperfections
• - Sand and finish surfaces to create a smooth and seamless finish
• - Inspect and repair any damaged or uneven areas
• - Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
• - Communicate effectively with team members and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
• - Maintain a clean and organized work area
• - Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or damages to materials

Requirements:

• - High school diploma or equivalent
• - Proven experience as a Gypsum Installer or similar role
• - Strong knowledge of gypsum installation techniques and materials
• - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• - Excellent time management and organizational skills
• - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• - Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• - Good communication and teamwork skills
• - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- فحص وإصلاح أي مناطق تالفة أو غير مستوية
- اتباع بروتوكولات وأنظمة السلامة في جميع الأوقات
- التواصل بشكل فعال مع أعضاء الفريق ومديري المشاريع لضمان الانتهاء في الوقت المناسب من المشاريع
- الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة
- تتبع المخزون والإبلاغ عن أي نقص أو أضرار في المواد
المتطلبات:

- دبلوم المدرسة الثانوية أو ما يعادله
- خبرة مثبتة كمُثبِّت جبس أو دور مماثل
- معرفة قوية بتقنيات ومواد تركيب الجبس
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات والرسومات الفنية
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة الوقت والتنظيم
- الاهتمام الشديد بالتفاصيل والقدرة على إنتاج عمل عالي الجودة
- القدرة البدنية والقدرة على العمل في ظروف الطقس المختلفة
- جيد مهارات التواصل والعمل الجماعي
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول ووسائل نقل موثوقة
