Job Summary:

The Strategy & Planning Officer/Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with our companys goals and objectives. This position involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and working closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to support the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  3. Collaborate with senior management and department heads to align strategic initiatives with business operations.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
  5. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate strategic insights and progress to stakeholders.
  6. Assist in the preparation and coordination of strategic planning meetings and workshops.
  7. dentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful execution of plans.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in strategic planning and management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to speak and write in English language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.
