Our transformation office is at the forefront of driving digital transformation and strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, health care, and overall organizational growth. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Staff to lead and support our Transformation Office and IT department.

Job Summary:

  • The Head of Staff for the Transformation Office will play a crucial role in reporting the progress of execution of transformation initiatives. This role requires a proactive character with a deep understanding of Technology, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. The Head of Staff will work closely with senior managers to ensure alignment of IT strategies with the companys overarching goals, set and measure KPIs,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the Transformation Office, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects, reporting their scope, budget, and timeline status.
  • Monitor and report on risks, issues and initiatives outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration; Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Transformation Office management, ensuring cohesive and integrated transformation efforts.
  • Develop and deliver progress organizational structure, including assessing headcounts, hiring, training requirements and capacity to support staff through transformations.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and operational efficiencies within the Transformation Office.
  • Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a transformation or project management office.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale IT transformation projects
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
