Job Overview:
The Modern Trade Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company's sales in the modern trade sector in Cairo, Egypt. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, and driving sales growth through effective promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the modern trade sector
- - Identify and target potential clients and key accounts in the Cairo market
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
- - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional activities and campaigns
- - Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets and provide them with ongoing support and guidance
- - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
- - Manage the sales budget and ensure all activities are within the allocated budget
- - Continuously analyze and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- - Stay updated on industry developments and trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the management team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in modern trade sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in the modern trade sector
- Strong knowledge of the Cairo market and key accounts in the modern trade sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends and insights
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a sales team
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
