Job Title: Chief HR Officer, Market Leader International Medical Group

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Contract Details: Full-time

The Chief HR Officer (CHRO) will be responsible for leading the human resources function for the Market Leader International Medical Group in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time position that requires a highly experienced and strategic HR leader with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the organization.

2. Lead and manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the organization has the right talent to support its growth and success.

3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

4. Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to ensure a high-performing culture.

5. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

6. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

7. Oversee the compensation and benefits program, ensuring it is competitive and aligned with the organization's goals.

8. Develop and maintain effective communication channels to promote employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.

9. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

10. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
