Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Estimation Manager to join our team in KSA. Reporting to the Estimation Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the estimation process for our construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Estimation Manager in preparing and reviewing cost estimates for construction projects in KSA.
• Collaborate with the project team to gather and analyze project data, including material and labor costs, to accurately estimate project costs.
• Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate pricing.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed cost reports and documentation.
• Assist in the development of project budgets and cost control measures.
• Support the Estimation Manager in evaluating and analyzing project risks and opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure accurate costing.
•  Participate in meetings and presentations with clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably with an international construction firm.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and costs.
• Proficient in using estimation software, such as Primavera, CostX, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
