Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Junior MEP Engineer to join our team in New Cairo. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in the architecture or construction industry. The Junior MEP Engineer will work closely with our senior engineers and architects to provide technical support and assistance in the design and construction of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in the design and development of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or other design software
• Collaborate with architects and other team members to ensure coordination and integration of MEP systems with overall building design
• Conduct calculations and simulations to determine energy efficiency and sustainability of MEP systems
• Assist with cost estimation and budgeting for MEP systems
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to MEP systems
• Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams during the installation and commissioning of MEP systems
• Participate in meetings and presentations with clients to discuss project progress and address any concerns
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in the architecture or construction industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards related to MEP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
