Job Title: Water and Sewerage Engineer

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Contract Details: Full-time

A leading construction firm in Uganda, is seeking a skilled and experienced Water and Sewerage Engineer to join our team in Kampala , UGANDA,  As a Water and Sewerage Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining water and sewerage systems for various projects in Uganda. 

NOTE : (PILLARS Is sourcing for the client Various Engineeris since 2016 to Date, Various Levels From Engineers to Department Heads , with Excellent Track Record ) 

Key Responsibilities:

• - Design and develop plans for water and sewerage systems based on project requirements and regulations.
• - Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary data for system design.
• Prepare cost estimates and project timelines.
• Oversee the construction and installation of water and sewerage systems, ensuring compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Monitor and inspect the quality of materials and workmanship during construction.
• Conduct tests and analyze data to ensure the functionality and efficiency of the systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction or operation of the systems.
• Collaborate with other engineers and professionals to ensure the integration of water and sewerage systems with other infrastructure.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to improve system design and operation.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water and sewerage system design and construction.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and regulations related to water and sewerage systems.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
