Job Title: Commercial Director

Position Overview:

As the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive business growth and profitability. You will oversee all aspects of the company's commercial operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and supply chain management.

Channels to Manage : 

• B2B , Business To Business
• Distributors Network 
• Export (Target Markets North Africa , East Africa) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the market.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new pportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Lead and manage the sales, marketing, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure effective execution of commercial plans.
• Monitor and analyze sales and market data to identify key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and distributors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and initiatives.
• Manage the commercial budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior commercial role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful commercial strategies.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Location and Contract Details:

This is a full-time position based in Cairo, Egypt. The contract details will be discussed during the interview process.
