The company is responsible for providing client consulting and training services on Caseware Products. The role involves project management and consultancy to assist clients with the implementation of Caseware solutions. This includes onsite visits with clients, software configuration and documentation, training and interaction with clients.
The role has a cross-departmental nature and requires collaboration with Business Development & Marketing, Technical
Support, and Consultancy teams to ensure the client onboarding process is delivered in a professional manner.
also responsible for maintaining existing training material, creating new courses and generating video and audio content for our online training service.
The role requires a skilled communicator with proven software implementation experience and customer service skills. The role requires a qualified auditor (i.e. holds a CPA or ACCA) with sound accounts, audit and data analytics experience. Furthermore, the role requires expertise in using automated accounts production and auditing systems to support accounting and auditing teams.
The role involves travel throughout the Middle East and Turkish Speaking Countries.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our clients in the implementation and utilization of Caseware products. You will work closely with our sales team to understand client needs and provide customized solutions that meet their specific requirements. Your role will also involve training and mentoring junior consultants, as well as conducting product demonstrations and workshops for potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Caseware product implementation and consulting services for professional practices and corporate clients.
• Lead client discovery meetings pre or post sale to assess client requirements and define implementation and consulting project plans.
• Provide tailored consulting services, including training in the use of Caseware products as and when required to any
• Caseware client or potential client.
• Conduct demonstrations to potential clients on Caseware products and represent the company at periodic Client
• Service meetings.
• Provide internal and external training on new product updates as and when required.
• Document technical solutions and best practices to build a knowledge base for client implementations
• Maintain and/or develop suitable training material/content for the use of Caseware Clients.
• Work with subject matter experts to research, develop and deliver new material including, articles, video and audio content.
• Maintain professional knowledge and remain up to date with current trends in the accounting software and cloud software market.
• Prepare proposals and engagement letters and submit them to the line manager for approval before sharing them with clients and the Business Development team.
• Identify scalable ideas and solutions that help drive future product enhancements.
• Assist in training new joiners according to the plans set with the line manager.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications:

• Caseware Working Papers (is a must)
• 5+ years experience in External Audit or Statutory accounting
• Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Audit, or equivalent.
• Masters Degree is a plus.
• Accreditations, Licensing, and Professional Certificates
• A professional qualification (i.e. CPA, ACCA, FCCA) * is a must.* Respectively: Certified
• Public Accountant - Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) - Fellow Chartered and
• Certified Accountant
• Fluency in English and Arabic
