Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Consultant to join our team in the back office location in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions to drive organizational success. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals and gain exposure to various industries and business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of client organizations, including reviewing financial data, operations, and processes
• Identify areas for improvement and develop customized solutions to address client needs
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on findings and recommendations
• Work closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Provide ongoing support to clients and assist with change management processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Willingness to travel within the KSA region as needed
