Position Overview:

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with the project manager to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on site
• - Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
• - Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project manager
• - Manage and maintain construction equipment and materials
• - Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
• - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
• - Train and mentor new construction workers
• - Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders
• - Maintain accurate records of daily activities and progress reports

Qualifications:

• - High school diploma or equivalent
• - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Foreman in the construction industry
• - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• - Excellent leadership and communication skills
• - Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software
• - Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

بصفتك مشرفًا، ستكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لمشاريع البناء في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل عن كثب مع مدير المشروع لضمان إكمال المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وفي حدود الميزانية وبأعلى معايير الجودة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

- الإشراف على أنشطة عمال البناء والمقاولين من الباطن وتنسيقها في الموقع
- التأكد من تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفقًا لخطط المشروع والمواصفات ولوائح السلامة
- مراقبة التقدم وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة لمدير المشروع
- إدارة وصيانة معدات ومواد البناء
- تحديد وحل أي مشكلات أو تأخيرات قد تنشأ أثناء عملية البناء
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة للموقع لضمان مراقبة الجودة والالتزام بمعايير السلامة
- تدريب وتوجيه عمال البناء الجدد
- التواصل بشكل فعال مع مديري المشاريع والعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للأنشطة اليومية وتقارير التقدم

المؤهلات:
- دبلوم المدرسة الثانوية أو ما يعادله
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كرئيس عمال في صناعة البناء
- معرفة قوية بأساليب البناء والمواد والمعدات
- مهارات قيادة وتواصل ممتازة
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير خطط ومواصفات المشروع
- إتقان برامج Microsoft Office وبرامج البناء
- معرفة لوائح وإجراءات السلامة
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول ووسائل نقل موثوقة
