Position: Garments Factory Technical Director (Uniform)

We are now seeking a skilled and experienced Garment Uniform Technical Director to join our team and help us continue our success. (Factory area is approximately 2800 square meters)

Job Overview:

As the Garment Uniform Technical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our garment and uniform production. You will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure that all garments and uniforms meet our quality standards and customer specifications. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control procedures and ensuring that our production processes are efficient and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing, organizing, and creating the factory's yearly operational, financial, and marketing strategy to meet its target.
• Examining and carrying out the business's industrial strategies and initiatives.
• Increasing the business's financial and operational efficacy
• productive and successful dialogue to build trust and openness inside the legal organization and with the board of directors.
  
• Establishing a minimal amount of cash required for operations and its requirements, as well as collaborating with the pertinent departments to create a robust system to guarantee cash flow and compile reports.
  
• Fostering the company's growth and development by keeping an eye on recent industry advancements and acting in a way that advances the goals of the organization and the public interest.
• Oversee all technical aspects of garment and uniform production, from design to final product.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop new garment and uniform designs that meet customer needs and market trends.
• Ensure that all garments and uniforms meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality production.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Train and supervise production staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to produce high-quality garments and uniforms.
• Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality materials and negotiate competitive prices.
•  Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in garment and uniform production techniques.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that production meets customer demands and timelines.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the garment or uniform industry.
• Strong understanding of garment and uniform production processes and techniques.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
• Experience with sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to relocate to Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
