  • Our client is a large medical group based in Cairo, Egypt. With over 4000+ employees and multiple locations, they are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to their patients. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join their team and oversee the delivery of IT services across the organization.

Job Summary:

  • The IT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT services to the medical group's various locations. 
  • This includes overseeing the maintenance and support of all IT systems, managing the IT service desk, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services to all employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and experience working in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT service delivery strategies and processes to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT services across the organization.
  • Manage the IT service desk team and ensure timely and accurate resolution of IT issues and requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and ensure the delivery of appropriate solutions.
  • Oversee the maintenance and support of all IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of IT services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of services and support.
  • Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services.
  • Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular training and development programs for IT staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for improvement in IT service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience managing a team and delivering IT services in a fast-paced environment. (preferably in Medical systems)
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with IT vendors and service providers.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement IT service delivery strategies and processes.
  •  ITIL certification is a plus.
