Position: FOOD INGREDIENTS B2B Sales Manager (KSA) - Riyadh

Contract Details: Full-time, 1 year

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the FOOD INGREDIENTS B2B Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our food ingredients division in the KSA market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company's sales targets for food ingredients in the KSA market

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and stay updated on industry trends and competitors

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services

- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients

- Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure their success in achieving sales targets

- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote company's products and services

- Stay updated on regulatory and compliance requirements related to food ingredients sales in KSA market

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Strong knowledge of the KSA market and food industry trends

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel within KSA as needed

- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
