Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Manager with experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry to join our team. This role is driving business growth, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales management, be a university graduate in Marketing, and possess excellent software and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at market expansion and revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Conduct field visits to support sales activities
• Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional activities and product launches.
• Effectively manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective sales operations.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience working in a reputable FMCG company is essential.
• 5+ years of experience in field sales, with at least 2 years in a management position.
• Strong command of software tools to analyze and manage sales activities.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (Arabic) are a plus.
• Maximum age of 35 till 40
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to support field operations.
