Job Overview:

  • Reporting to the Revenue Manager, the Assistant Revenue Manager will play a crucial role in maximizing revenue and profitability for our hotel and furnished apartments. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of revenue strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Assist in the development and implementation of revenue strategies for the hotel and furnished apartments
  • - Monitor market trends and analyze data to identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • - Conduct regular competitor analysis and make recommendations to stay competitive in the market
  • - Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional offers and packages to drive revenue
  • - Manage and maintain the hotel and apartment inventory and pricing across all distribution channels
  • - Ensure all revenue management processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently
  • - Prepare and present revenue reports to senior management on a regular basis
  • - Train and support team members on revenue management strategies and tools
  • - Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process for the hotel and apartments
  • - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in market conditions to make informed decisions
  • - Handle any guest complaints or concerns related to pricing or reservations in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in a hotel or furnished apartments setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in revenue management systems and tools
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluent in English, Arabic both written and spoken
