  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on the project site. Conduct regular safety inspections and meetings to guarantee a safe working environment for all project team members.
  • Resource Management: Optimize the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Monitor resource usage and adjust as needed to meet project objectives.
  • Quality Control: Implement a rigorous quality control program to ensure that work meets or exceeds the specified quality standards and requirements. Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
  • Budget Management: Manage the project budget effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring that the project stays within budget constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and report financial progress to senior management.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges that may affect project progress. Develop risk mitigation plans to minimize disruptions and delays, and report these to stakeholders as necessary.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders. Address inquiries, provide project updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Change Management: Handle any changes or modifications to the project scope, schedule, or budget in accordance with established change management procedures. Ensure that changes are properly documented and communicated.
  • Subcontractor and Vendor Management: If applicable, oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they meet their contractual obligations, adhere to quality standards, and align with project goals.
  • Environmental Compliance: Ensure that the project complies with all environmental regulations and permits. Implement environmental best practices and manage any required environmental assessments.
  • Schedule Adherence: Monitor project schedules closely, ensuring that work progresses as planned. Address any schedule deviations promptly and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the project team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a cohesive and high-performing project team. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, correspondence, and records. Ensure all project records are organized and readily accessible.
  • Project Closeout: Oversee the successful project closeout process, including final inspections, client acceptance, warranty management, and documentation handover.
  • Prepare weekly site reports for client.
  • Ensure that the ethical policy and anti-bribery legislation is strictly adhered to.
  • Constantly portray a professional image to colleagues, senior employees and client in person and in all Communications.
  • in charge of the day-to-day management and overseeing of the construction process.
  • Perform a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction sites, to Ensure successful projects completion based on the approved designs and details, while applying international architectural standers and safety regulations.
  • Ready to do what is required of you under the direction of the Department Manager.
  • Carrying out any task assigned to him that is not fundamentally different from the tasks of the project manager.
