Senior Project Manager, Jeddah , Large Fit-Out Firm
Job Description:
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for projects and adhering to deadlines to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Delegating tasks on the project to departments (Design Technical procurement construction) best positioned to complete.
- Maintain the project procedure and make sure all the team member to follow it
- Manage all the internal communication and project sharing information between all the departments
- Complete managements for project changes internally and between all the stakeholder
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
- Communicating with clients & PMO Head to keep the project aligned with the project goals.
- Serving as a point of contact for the functional team members when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
- Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers
- Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members.
- Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness
- Coordinate with outsource or any third party as needed.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Plan & ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop and update detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Communicate the project changes with all internal & external stakeholders
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship & communication with the client and relevant stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.Create and maintain comprehensive project Documentation, review & manage all the submissions documents.

- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Attend training as required to maintain proficiency.
- Carrying out any task assigned by PMO Head that is not fundamentally different from the tasks of the project manager.
- To provide data and reports and create dashboards of the projects to the PMO
Certificates Required
- Bachelors degree in the Architectural or engineering field with qualified training in project management
- Written and spoke English & Arabic

Experience Required:
- Practical Experiences
- 10+ years of Project Management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
Projects Experience
- Proficient in SharePoint, ProArc and/or other document management software and web-based tools.
- Skilled user of Adobe and Microsoft Suite.
