Senior Architect (7-10 years) in architecture & construction

Responsibilities :

• Construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. In-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion, communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. Conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis to ensure regulations are being followed.
• Create plans & drawings clearly outlining architectural design of project Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science & materials in order to create ideal finished product Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work & adherence to safety standards.
• Oversee & make recommendations throughout entire construction process Working details Shop drawings Research the different aspects of architecture (e.g. Green Architecture).

Education

• Bachelors degree in Architecture
• Strong organizational creative & presentation skills; open-minded, flexible to novelties, eager to learn, positive thinker.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2d, 3d, Rivet, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
• English language
• Knowledge of macOS is a plus.
