Our client is a leading international consulting firm with a strong presence in Saudi Arabia. They provide a wide range of services to clients across various industries, including but not limited to finance, healthcare, and energy. They are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Overview:

As the HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's HR operations in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with the HR Director and other senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Staff Social Insurance & Medical insuranceManage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires Handling Hiring prcess (Hiring Documents, on-boarding & off Boarding)
  • Handling IQAMA & Residence process (governmental Related matters) 
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements Mudad , Quwa, QOSI
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations- T&A , Payroll
  • Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment 
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators
  • Managing Admin as Travel Arrangements  & Hotel Reservations 
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training and development programs for employees
  • Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective solutions

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm
  •  Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations and performance management
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required
