Role Overview:

As a Mattress Europe Regional Business Development Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our business in the European market. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue. This is a remote position, so you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Identify potential business opportunities in the European market and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • - Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, and other partners
  • - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • - Attend trade shows and conferences to promote our products and network with potential clients
  • - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
  • - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • - Travel within Europe as needed to meet with clients and attend meetings and events

Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • - Minimum 7 years of experience in international sales or business development, preferably in the mattress or bedding industry (Business to Business) B2B
  • - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • - Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • - Ability to work independently and remotely
  • - Willingness to travel within Europe as needed
  • - Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus
