As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to our tech department. You will work closely with department leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our tech department has the talent, resources, and support needed to drive our organization forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with tech department leaders to understand their business objectives and provide strategic HR support
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives
  • Support the recruitment and selection process for tech positions, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new tech hires
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management and conflict resolution
  • Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, particularly in the tech industry
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement company-wide HR initiatives and programs
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background in the tech industry
  • Strong Job Evaluation Backgroud, KPI Setings, JD Related to Technology 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred
