Position: Wall Painter

A leading architectural firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wall Painter to join our team. As a Wall Painter, you will be responsible for painting and finishing walls in various projects, including commercial buildings, residential properties, and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Prepare walls for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming surfaces
• - Apply paint or other finishes to walls using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• - Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and textures
• - Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all painted surfaces
• - Repair any cracks, holes, or other imperfections on walls before painting
• - Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines and specifications are met
• - Maintain a clean and organized work area
• - Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:

• - High school diploma or equivalent
• - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Wall Painter in a commercial or residential setting
• - Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
• - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• - Excellent color perception and attention to detail
• - Physically fit and able to work on ladders and scaffolding
• - Strong communication and teamwork skills
• - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

وصف الوظيفة:

بصفتك نقاش جدران، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تحضير وطلاء الجدران الداخلية والخارجية للممتلكات السكنية والتجارية. ستعمل عن كثب مع فريق النقاشين لدينا لضمان إكمال جميع المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وبأعلى مستوى.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• - تحضير الجدران للطلاء عن طريق التنظيف والصنفرة وملء أي شقوق أو ثقوب
• - حماية المناطق المحيطة والأثاث من بقع الطلاء والانسكابات
• - وضع الطلاء على الجدران باستخدام الفرش أو الأسطوانات أو مسدسات الرش
• - مزج ومطابقة ألوان الطلاء لتحقيق الظلال المرغوبة
• - ضمان تغطية ناعمة ومتساوية للطلاء على الجدران
• - إصلاح أي عيوب في طلاء العمل ومناطق اللمسات حسب الحاجة
• - اتباع إجراءات السلامة واستخدام معدات الحماية أثناء العمل
• - الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة
• - التواصل مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم وتفضيلاتهم في الطلاء
• - تتبع مخزون الطلاء والإمداد والإبلاغ عن أي نقص إلى المشر

المؤهلات:

• - دبلوم المدرسة الثانوية أو ما يعادله
• - خبرة لا تقل عن عامين كنقاش جدران محترف
• - معرفة تقنيات وأدوات الطلاء المختلفة
