Position: Events Operation Manager Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Events Architect to join our team. The Events Architect will be responsible for designing and planning all aspects of our events, from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of event design, production, and logistics, as well as excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and develop creative concepts that align with their vision and budget
  • Create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and production schedules
  • Source and manage vendors, including venues, caterers, decorators, and entertainment
  • Oversee the production and execution of events, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and to the highest quality
  • Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Conduct site visits and provide recommendations for event layouts and design
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event designs
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop event branding and promotional materials
  • Lead a team of event coordinators and provide guidance and support throughout the planning process
  • Ensure all events are executed in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and design
  • Ability to Travel Locally /internationally 
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale events with budgets of $100,000 or more
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of event production and logistics
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
