Position: PMO Head

Our client is a leading fit out company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, specializing in large-scale projects for commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors. Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PMO Head to lead our project management office and oversee the successful delivery of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects and a strong understanding of the fit out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the project management office, ensuring effective project delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure consistency across all projects
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and provide solutions to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure smooth project execution
  • Mentor and develop project management team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement improvements to project management processes as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of the fit out industry, including knowledge of materials, techniques, and regulations
  • Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale projects, preferably in the commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
