Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Management Consultant to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, particularly in the KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) market. As the HR Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to our clients in the KSA back office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough HR audits for clients to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to align with the client's business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection process for the KSA back office, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on HR best practices and compliance
  • Stay updated on KSA labor laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the PILLARS team to develop and deliver customized HR solutions for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their HR needs are met effectively
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and offerings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven Experience as HR Consultant , Or Provided Similar Projects in a Large Scale 
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on the KSA market
  • Strong understanding of KSA labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required
