We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finishing Engineer to join our team at our architecture firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Finishing Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finishing and interior design for our projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to develop detailed finishing plans for each project
• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to ensure that finishing work is being carried out according to the approved plans and specifications
• Review and approve materials and finishes proposed by contractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and budget limitations
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers, identifying any potential issues or delays
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all finishing work meets industry standards and client expectations
• Provide technical guidance and support to contractors and construction teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the finishing process
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in finishing techniques, materials, and technologies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation related to finishing work and project progress

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finishing and interior design, preferably in the architecture or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of building materials, finishes, and construction methods
• Experience with project management and coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
